When you first run the set up routine you will be shown the following window. You
should select 'Run' . |

The installation will then prepare to install the e-Pesticide Manual. |

When the installation is about to start you will be shown the following. Click 'Next'. |
 |
The installation will install to a folder on your system. The default is in the
Program Files folder.
If there are a number of users on your computer that you wish to be able to open
the e-Pesticide Manual, then make sure the 'Everyone' option is selected. |

The e-Pesticide Manual will then be installed to your computer. This may take a few
minutes depending on the speed of your connection.
When complete you will see the following window. |

If you try to open the program at this point you may see a message: ‘Not able to install reg, you need to be an administrator’.
To run the application as administrator, you need to do the following.
First, open Windows Explorer. From the start menu select 'Computer'.
Then navigate to the folder where you placed the e-Pesticide Manual (the default is Program Files\BCPEPM\EPMV)

You should then right click on the application and then select 'Run as administrator'.

The e-Pesticide Manual will then run and you should enter your CD number when requested.
You will then be given a temporary activation code which you should then send to
BCPC who will issue a full activation code.
